1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and SecureSphereLabs ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of SphereMail ("the Platform") at https://spheremail.securespherelabs.com. By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using SphereMail on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
SphereMail is an AI-assisted email threat investigation platform that provides:
- Email header and body parsing and analysis
- SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and ARC authentication verification
- AI-powered threat narrative and risk scoring (SphereAI™)
- Third-party threat intelligence enrichment (VirusTotal, AbuseIPDB)
- MITRE ATT&CK technique mapping
- Forward-to-scan via email pipe
- SOC report and KQL export
The Platform is intended for legitimate security research, phishing triage, and threat investigation purposes.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately at support@securespherelabs.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- One account per person or organisation unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SphereMail only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:
- Upload or submit email content that contains illegal material under applicable law
- Use the Platform to conduct or facilitate phishing attacks, spam campaigns, or malware distribution
- Submit content for the purpose of testing or evading security controls without explicit written authorisation from the target organisation
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, APIs, or backend systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Platform's proprietary logic, AI prompts, or source code
- Attempt to bypass authentication, quota limits, or access controls
- Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to scrape or bulk-query the Platform without written permission
- Resell, sublicense, or make the Platform available to third parties without a formal reseller agreement
- Submit emails containing personal data of third parties without a lawful basis under applicable privacy law
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
5.1 Plans
- Community (Free): 2 web scans per day. No payment required.
- Analyst Pro: 500 scans per month. Billed monthly via Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (international currencies).
5.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the date of initial subscription.
- All prices are displayed in your local currency based on your geographic region.
- Failed payments may result in downgrade to the Community plan. We will notify you before suspension.

6. Intellectual Property
All rights in and to SphereMail, SphereAI™, the SecureSphereLabs brand, platform UI, analysis engine logic, email templates, and all associated content are owned by SecureSphereLabs. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence beyond the right to use the Platform as described herein.
You retain ownership of any emails you submit for analysis. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, transient licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. This licence expires immediately when the analysis is complete and content is discarded from memory.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using SphereMail, you consent to the data practices described therein.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
(a) that analysis results are accurate, complete, or will detect all threats;
(b) that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
(c) that AI-generated content is free from errors, hallucinations, or false positives/negatives;
(d) fitness for any particular purpose, including security decision-making.
9. Limitation of Liability
(a) reliance on analysis results — including missed threat detections, false positives, or false negatives;
(b) security incidents or data breaches that occurred despite use of the Platform;
(c) service unavailability or interruptions;
(d) third-party service failures (VirusTotal, AbuseIPDB, Razorpay, Stripe) or internal AI infrastructure unavailability;
(e) any action taken or not taken based on AI-generated analysis.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (ii) ₹2,500 (INR) / €30 (EUR).
10. Analysis Results — Important Notice
SphereMail's analysis results — including threat verdicts, risk scores, MITRE ATT&CK mappings, and threat actor attribution — are informational and assistive only. They are not authoritative security assessments. You must apply independent human judgement before acting on any result. SecureSphereLabs makes no representation that the Platform will detect all phishing, malware, BEC, or other email threats.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
- Accounts found conducting abuse (as defined in Section 4) will be terminated immediately without refund.
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@securespherelabs.com.
- On termination, your account data will be deleted within 30 days, except data we are required to retain by law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. For EU customers, mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law are not affected by this clause.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
